Whether you are new to shooting or want to be a HFT/FT Super Star or simply wish to enjoy a morning shooting air rifles or air pistols in a safe, friendly atmosphere, Kinver Air Rifle Club is the club for you.
We offer an environment where you can shoot safely, with more experienced members on hand to give advice. Field Target shooting is a safe and challenging outdoor sport, which can be enjoyed by all the family.
It is a target sport and doesn’t involve the shooting of any wildlife. As a shooting sport, air rifle field target shooting is the quietest and causes little pollution to the environment.
The targets are metal silhouettes which fall over when hit in the correct area and are re-set by pulling a cord from the firing position. The hit zone which causes the target to fall is 40mm or less in diameter. We also have a plinking range in more of an open air setting, with a variety of other types of targets and finally specific distance targets in order to zero your rifle.
